Trinity Talent Partners aims to collaborate throughout the hiring process. Our firm believes in full transparency and we can only do OUR job well when we fully understand what YOU need. As the initial step in this process, we prefer to conduct an intake call with the hiring manager and hiring team so we fully understand the job description and function of the needed individual within the organization.
After the call, we handle sourcing, screening, and initial interviewing. We introduce our clients to only the best-matched candidates. Ideally we present three to five qualified candidates within one week of our intake call with the team. We then walk through the candidate profiles with the team and set up internal interviews. When a confidential search is needed, we work discreetly on your behalf.
We appreciate FEEDBACK. If we are not hitting the mark, we want to know what we are missing. If we are not able to source candidates, we will provide market information so we can adjust the search accordingly. Our recruiters will not give up. Communication and team work is key to ensuring we help our clients find the best candidates.
